The Sales Leadership Symposium is two days of focused training for anyone who manages sales personnel. This course is designed for HVACR service sales leaders who are responsible for any aspect of sales in the industry. It will teach leaders how to drive revenue growth, enhance sales team productivity and ensure employee retention. It is recommended to attend this course before sending your sales personnel to participate in other Sales Institute courses (Sales Basecamp or Sales Masters). This ensures that service sales leaders who recruit, hire, train and/or coach are committed not only to their own growth, but to the long-term development of their team.
