SOAR with USAF Thunderbird Pilot at MSCA18

Col. Nicole Malachowski, USAF, Ret., former fighter squadron commander and mission-ready pilot in three operational fighter squadrons and the first woman Air Force Thunderbird Air Demonstration Squadron pilot, Nicole learned to harness the headwinds of change. Nicole will inspire you to think differently about the headwinds of change, to rise above and to SOAR during the Opening Session on Monday morning, October 22. You will also have the chance to meet her during the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, October 21st, the same day the Thunderbirds will be performing directly overhead during the Huntington Beach Air Show.
