Mechanical Contracting Education & Research Foundation (MCERF). Mark Rogers, COO of West Chester Mechanical says, “It is our job to find the next generation of leaders for our companies, our association and our industry. We need to find and train our own replacements. MCERF is playing a vital role in that process.”
