Enjoy World-Class Executive Education in Beautiful North Carolina at MCAA’s NEW Advanced Leadership Institute

March 4, 2022

We are excited to announce the next chapter in MCAA’s top-tier executive leadership program, the Advanced Leadership Institute!

For twenty years, MCAA member companies have been sending their executives to the ALI to develop the skills and networks of those who lead their organizations. This fall, the ALI will have a refreshed curriculum and a new home. The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business, located in Chapel Hill, NC, is ranked #2 in the country for Custom Executive Education.

In collaboration with MCAA, UNC has taken the core concepts and principles of the ALI and used them to build a curriculum designed to dynamically respond to the ever-changing challenges facing today’s mechanical industry leaders. With top-ranked education complimented by modern facilities with a touch of southern charm, the new ALI promises to continue the tradition of an unparalleled educational experience for leaders in the mechanical industry.

The ALI is intended for executives, and first preference will be given to Presidents & CEOs. Vice Presidents and Directors are also encouraged to apply. The application process is competitive and due to the popularity of the program only one applicant per company per year will be admitted. This year’s application is being released on March 7th and will be available for download on the course webpage. To learn more about the course, curriculum, and admission requirements, visit the ALI course page – or, if you’re attending this year’s Annual Convention, MCAA22, stop by MCAA’s Education Booth in the Manufacturer/Supplier Council Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, March 15th.
