Celebrate MCAA Award-winners with a Hall-of-Fame Quarterback at MCAA2020

October 31, 2019

Widely considered the best NFL quarterback of all time, Joe Montana personifies performance excellence and personal integrity both on and off the field. Yet the word most closely associated with him is not “winner”—it’s “leader.” Since retiring from the NFL, Montana has become a popular motivational speaker, active real estate investor and author. In 2005, Montana co-authored The Winning Spirit: 16 Timeless Principles That Drive Performance Excellence, with performance coach Tom Mitchell. Montana now brings his lessons of preparation, teamwork and performance under pressure to large and small businesses, sharing his experience as master of the 4th-quarter comeback. MCAA thanks SLOAN for sponsoring this speaker. Read more about Montana and see what else is planned for MCAA2020 on our convention website.
