Project Engineer

N.V. Heathorn Co. is a Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing Contractor seeking to hire a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager for full-time employment in our HVAC and Plumbing division.

Job duties entail: project engineering responsibilities, project management assistance, and estimating assistance.

NVH is a mid-sized contractor that self-performs HVAC Wet/Dry and Plumbing in the Greater Bay Area. We’ve been around since the 1930’s, and provide an exhilarating work environment. We provide training and mentoring to all employees to help in this, and task our employees with a variety of duties which promotes growth in a multitude of areas such as plan/spec interpretations, estimating, contracting, business development, managing of subs, Client relations, negotiating, labor relations, purchasing, project setup/closeout, productivity tracking, etc. The entry level position would carry the title of Project Engineer and would then be put on track to become a Project Manager. Once a PM, they’d be enlisted into the Bonus Pool where earnings can grow exponentially.
