This year’s Internship Program will focus on Project Production Management. The program aims to produce the next generation of builders in a continuously growing industry. You will learn how to build and incorporate Operations Science into traditional construction practices.
Over the course of the internship, each intern will be assigned to work on a current project offering the opportunity for hands on learning. The Interns will work on an individual and collaborative project.
Interns will be paired with a member of the Binsky’s Production Management Team who will provide dedicated oversite and mentorship over the course of the summer. The Interns will be further mentored by the Production Coordination Manager alongside other department heads.
The responsibilities of this eight (8) week internship program include, but are not limited to:
- Performing a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within your field of study.
- Introduction and build essentials, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited university. Candidates must be entering their Senior year of school with an expected May 2026 graduation.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Candidate should align with Binsky’s Core Values.
Physical Requirements
- Physical activity including but not limited to; walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50lbs. and sitting for periods of time. Exposure to outdoor and indoor construction environment.
Location requirements:
- Will be assigned and work at a field site location in Central New Jersey. Steel toe shoe/boots will be required. Other PPE will be provided.

Compensation:
- This position pays $25 per hour.
Housing/Transportation:
- Housing/travel stipend may be available.
